Die Toppings von Iceberg ermöglichen ein fantasievolles Dekorieren, dank einer vielfältigen Auswahl zweier Produktlinien. Diese Toppings, in praktischen Flaschen, können bei Zimmertemperatur aufbewahrt werden.
Die Toppings wurden entwickelt, um ein schnelles Dekorieren der Eisbecher zu ermöglichen. Sie sind aber auch für Konditoren geeignet, um Nachspeisen, wie Semifreddos und Mousses, zu vervollständigen.
Die zwei Produktlinien von Iceberg sind: Toppings und Farcicreams.
Alle Fruchttoppings sind von höchster Qualität und enthalten mindestens einen Fruchtanteil von 30%.
Die Produktlinie Farcicreams ist für denjenigen geeignet, der sich durch besondere Marmorierungen unterscheiden möchte. Im Gegensatz zu den klassischen Toppings, haben diese eine dickflüssigere Konsistenz und einen intensiveren Geschmack.
